Beque BBQ Grill
About This Spot
Stepping into Beque BBQ Grill on Post Street, you’re embraced by a lively and unassuming warmth that feels like an invitation to linger. The buzz here is casual yet purposeful — a steady rhythm of sizzle and smoke from built-in grills, the quiet chatter of friends sharing bites, and servers weaving through tables with practiced ease. It’s that kind of place where time slows just enough to let the food and company take center stage.
This spot delivers the kind of Korean barbecue experience that centers on communal joy, where grilling your own meats becomes a shared ritual rather than just a meal. The air is filled with mingling aromas of spicy rib eye, garlicky chicken, and marinated pork shoulder, while an array of banchan encourages playful sampling alongside every bite. The sauces are not just condiments here; they’re companions that bring out the savory nuances, each bite inviting a new discovery of flavor.
There’s a sincerity in the pace at Beque that allows the moment to unfold naturally. Whether it’s a weekday lunch with a lesser crowd or a spirited weekend dinner with friends celebrating together, the atmosphere adapts — sometimes buzzing with energy, sometimes mellowing into a comfortable rhythm. The occasional hum of sizzling meat and the effortless clinking of glasses punctuate the experience, bringing a sense of grounded pleasure that makes you want to stay a little longer.
Part of the charm lies in the thoughtful balance of quality and approachability. Generous portions and well-rounded flavors show a clear respect for tradition, while the informal, inviting layout makes it easy to relax and connect over shared plates. It’s the kind of place where you might arrive with simple expectations but leave having found a local spot worth returning to.

Very good all you can eat Korean BBQ for about $30 a person. There was no wait to be seated and we immediately got to ordering and cooking our first round of meats. Each round consists of four meat options of your choice and they'll bring out additional rounds as you finish. The house marinated pork and spicy squid were my favorites. Definitely would go again.

Very satisfying! Their marinated pork, bulgogi, beef belly and spicy chicken are sooo good! The sauce they used are perfect for the meats. We added more kimchi, they actually give us more kimchi than we asked! Definitely worth the price! Recommended!

The meat was quite good and the price was pretty good. I thought it was all well flavored except the pork belly, the lunch menu selection was about half of the dinner menu but we didn't really miss they things that weren't included in the lunch menu. The marinated beef bulgogi was really really good. The service was really good but there was only one server for 11 tables and Korean BBQ needs a ton of service to bring more meat, sides, water, and grills. She should get a raise for doing several people's jobs. We felt bad for her and they really need to get another lunch server.

We had a big group for birthday dinner on Friday. Had made a reservation two weeks ago in advance. I called a couple of times to reconfirm the reservation beforehand. To be honest, I was worried about the food quality and service after checked the reviews. Not sure about those negative reviews. Turned out all we had good KBBQ All You Can Eat! Foods were good except for shrimps, they weren’t fresh. Service was good and fast. Spacious, friendly. No cake cutting charge. I would have given 5 stars if they have improved their ventilation system. Overall was good. Definitely would come back again for a big group dinner!

Overall this place is a gem and definitely nice place for a great meal. It was bit warm in there so better ventilation would be appreciated. Food quality was excellent, options were generous, it was tasty, and service was excellent. Keep up the great work.
